Hello Anja, thank you for taking the time for this interview. Before we start, could you please introduce yourself and tell us about your current position in the company?

Hi, my name is Anja Pavlovic. I am 28 years old and have a degree in economics.
My current position at Axians is SAP Consultant.

Can you tell us about your background? How did you get to your current position?

Before joining Axians, I completed a four-month internship programme at Adidas. During this internship I had experience with SAP and it motivated me to go further and become an SAP consultant one day. I also attended basic SAP workshops at university.

How did you join our company? What motivated you to join?

I started at Axians as a Junior SAP Consultant in Finance and Controlling. My experience before Axians was user experience, so I wanted to see the other side of the coin and see what it was like to be a consultant. After being a Junior Consultant, I became an SAP Consultant and that is my current position.

How would you describe the company culture here? What makes Axians special?

Definitely the people. My team and the whole Axians team is one big strong family.
Every day we communicate in a working and relaxing atmosphere. There is always good energy.

Have you faced any particular challenges in your career? How did you overcome them?

Every day at work is a new challenge, but with perseverance, patience and the support of your colleagues, nothing is difficult.

Can you share one or more success stories from your time with us?

Lots of successful projects, lots of good feedback from our customers and great people I have met along the way.

What are your professional goals for the future?

My main goal is to become the best SAP consultant in Belgrade 😊.
Axians gives me the opportunity to achieve my goals.

What advice would you give to new employees just starting out?

Persistence always pays off.
